Job summary

With responsibility for a multi-disciplinary team of around 100 staff and up to 300 supply chain contributors, you will manage capital budgets over £300m and drive capacity gains ahead of expansion in a two-runway operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Terminal 5 Optimisation programme, delivering outcomes aligned with the business case.
• Define and shape programme solutions to meet business needs across asset lifecycle.
• Provide governance and assurance, ensuring compliance with commitments and standards.
• Enable effective decision-making and manage complex stakeholder relationships across planning, resources, risks, and budget.
• Lead a large, multidisciplinary team and oversee direct colleagues and supply chain contributors.
