Job summary

King's Trust International is seeking a Head of Programme Development to design high-quality, evidence-informed and scalable programme models for young people. You will lead a talented team, champion inclusion and safeguarding, and translate strategy into practical curricula and tools across global contexts.

This permanent, part-time role is 21 hours per week with hybrid working and expected office presence in London. You will collaborate across internal teams and partners to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in designing and improving youth programmes.
• Experience turning strategy into practical, scalable models.
• Ability to work across online and offline delivery with partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Programme Development function with vision, priorities and quality standards.
• Oversee design, testing and improvement of inclusive youth programmes and curricula.
• Use data to strengthen programme models and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Impact, Digital, Safeguarding and Fundraising teams to scale propositions.
• Champion user-centred design, blended delivery and safe use of digital tools and AI.
• Develop a high-performing team and manage resources and budgets.
