Job summary

The King’s Trust International is seeking a Head of Programme Development to lead the creation of high-quality, evidence-informed and scalable programme models for young people worldwide. Responsibilities

• Lead the Programme Development function with vision, priorities and quality standards.
• Oversee design and testing of inclusive youth programmes, blended learning models and materials.
• Use evidence and learning to strengthen programme models and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Impact, Digital, Safeguarding and Fundraising to create scalable propositions.
• Champion user-centred design, blended delivery and responsible use of digital tools and AI.
• Develop a high-performing team and manage resources and budgets.
