Job summary

King’s Trust International is seeking an International Programmes Executive to support expansion and delivery of programmes in the Caribbean. The role works with local partners, governments, NGOs and corporate partners to deliver education, employment and enterprise initiatives.

You will partner with the International Programme Manager to ensure safe, impactful programme delivery, meet targets, and report progress to stakeholders.

• Experience in programme delivery and partnership building is desirable.

Hours:Full Time,35hours per week

Salary:£33,340.00to£33,340.00dependent on location and experience

Location: London office (Hybrid working with 50% of the time in the office)

We are looking for an International Programmes Executive to support the expansion and delivery of our programmes in the Caribbean.

King’s Trust International works with local partners around the world to help them deliver education, employment and enterprise programmes for young people.

You will work closely with the International Programme Manager and wider Caribbean team to support delivery across the region. You will work with a mixture of governments, NGOs, corporate partners and employers to support them to deliver safe and impactful programmes, meet agreed targets, and report on progress to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be the local partners’ ‘critical friend’ and focal point of contact. This may include delivering programme design and training, producing toolkits and resources, developing evaluation frameworks, and potentially supporting partners to set up new programmes. You will work with local partners on all aspects of programme delivery — project implementation, review, monitoring and evaluation, and budget management.
