Abbott in Witney is seeking a Project Engineer to lead validation of bespoke automated machines within the Operations Engineering team. You’ll own validation strategy, manage projects, and work with cross‑functional teams, including suppliers, to deliver production‑ready equipment.

Ideal candidates have an Engineering qualification and proven project engineering experience, with a focus on regulated environments and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• HNC in Engineering required, degree preferred.
• Experience in Project Engineering, preferably automated machinery.
• Technical project management of projects.
• Passion for problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Strong documentation discipline and collaboration.
• Willingness to mentor others and work in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Create a project plan to deliver work with timelines, risk assessment and stakeholder communication.
