Job summary

Backbase is seeking a Lead Product Manager – Digital Banking to define a multi-year vision for self-serve Digital Banking products and align it with the business strategy. You will secure resources with strong business cases, drive execution, and mentor other Product Managers to deliver measurable business impact.

You’ll partner with bank executives, customers, and cross-functional teams to translate needs into actionable strategies, delivering new clients, increased ARR, and reduced churn.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross-functional Agile teams to deliver digital products at scale.
• Proven ability to translate market needs into actionable requirements.
• Experience mentoring product managers and business analysts.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year vision and roadmap for Digital Banking offerings.
• Partner with executives and customers to translate needs into requirements.
• Lead cross-functional execution with R&D, engineering and UX teams.
• Mentor mid-level Product Managers and analysts to grow the team.
