Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Cardiff seeks an experienced Lead Product Manager to shape the strategy and future direction of the Credit and Investigations portfolios. You will define portfolio vision, identify growth opportunities and craft roadmap delivers with cross-functional teams.

You will influence senior stakeholders, drive innovation through data science, and develop Product Managers while delivering measurable, customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant Product Management experience including ownership and delivery of product or portfolio strategy.
• Strategic mindset linking customer problems, market changes, technology and commercial opportunities.
• Experience turning complex opportunities into clear priorities, roadmaps and outcomes.
• Strong commercial judgement and experience contributing to business cases or investment decisions.
• Experience working with data, analytics, Data Science, predictive modelling, automation or AI-enabled products.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with Technology, Data Science or delivery teams to execute strategy.
• Experience line managing, coaching and developing product professionals.
