Job summary

Saturn is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own multiple product areas end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes. You will work directly with the CEO and engineers to define what and why, ensuring clear ownership and ship-ready capabilities in an AI-native platform for financial advice.

You will collaborate with cross-functional squads, domain experts, and designers to ship auditable, compliant features in a fast-paced, regulated context.

Qualifications

• Product management experience at fast-paced, product-led B2B SaaS companies with shipped products.
• Experience shipping AI-native products and understanding agentic workflows in regulated environments.
• Technical fluency to discuss AI architecture and prompts considerations.
• Experience running independent discovery with customers and turning findings into direction.
• Strong prioritisation across features, bugs, and quality with clear specs.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and 3–6 month roadmap for AI agents that automate advice workflows.
• Translate agentic and LLM capabilities into trusted adviser experiences with auditability.
• Lead independent discovery with advisers and paraplanners; turn pain into product direction.
• Prioritise ruthlessly across features, bugs, and quality; write specs unambiguous enough for a single engineer to ship.
• Balance enterprise partner demands with product coherence and align releases to GTM calendar.
• Treat go-to-market as part of the build; ship features that land, not just launch.
• Coach and multiply the PMs around you and build scalable product frameworks.
