Job summary

MRJ Recruitment Limited is seeking an ambitious Lead Product Manager to own and evolve four high-traffic consumer websites. You will partner with Technology, UX/UI, commercial teams, and external brands to drive value, conversion and lead generation, and shape a new AI-driven platform roadmap.

You will oversee end-to-end product journeys, work with an AI-first engineering team, and ensure the customer experience sits at the heart of product development as the business expands into new markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap across four consumer-facing websites.
• Improve end-to-end journeys to deliver richer, more valuable consumer experiences.
• Drive conversion optimisation and lead generation using data.
• Lead rollout of a new AI-driven consumer platform and CMS across brands.
• Use analytics to identify new product opportunities and optimise performance.
• Collaborate with AI-first engineering teams and UX/UI designers.
• Shape new products as the business expands into new markets.
