Job summary

Cubiq Recruitment is assisting a Cambridge/Oxford/London-based AgTech startup to hire a founding Product Manager with a software engineering background. You will report directly to the CEO and leadership, shaping the product strategy from day one.

Turn scientific and engineering requirements into clear specs, tickets and shipped work. Build the product function from scratch, establishing tooling and process while you push back on scientists when needed.

Qualifications

• PM with a software engineering background.
• Bio/AI company experience a big plus.
• Able to turn ambiguity into action and work with cross-disciplinary teams.
