Job summary

Barrington James is seeking an AI Product Lead to own a new enterprise AI product line end-to-end, from strategy and discovery to development, launch and iteration.

You will partner with engineering, biomedical scientists and senior leadership to define what is built, who it serves and how it reaches the market, while leading a growing product organisation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Background in biomedical science, biology, computational biology, genetics, bioinformatics or related discipline.
• Proven track record of shipping products used by biomedical scientists.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML product development and current LLM ecosystem.
• Experience working hands-on with engineering teams to build and launch products.
• Strong product marketing instincts and ability to position complex technical products for enterprise customers.
• Genuine passion for transforming biomedical research through technology.
