Job summary

Sky is seeking an experienced UX/Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for consumer digital commerce journeys across web, mobile and connected devices.

The role focuses on account management, subscription purchases, upgrades, downgrades or cancellations, and involves collaborating with product, design and engineering leaders. Hybrid work with on-site presence at Osterley; flexible working remains a key part of the culture.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in UX or product design with leadership.
• Experience designing commerce journeys incl. subscriptions, authorisation, transactions.
• Strong online portfolio of shipped, end-to-end designs.
• Proficiency with Figma; experience with Creative Cloud and Sketch.
• Strong research and data-informed decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design for digital commerce across web, mobile and devices.
• Translate requirements into clear user flows and journeys.
• Set creative direction and guide concepts through evaluation, execution and launch.
• Use research and usability testing to learn and iterate the customer experience.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Content Design and other teams to deliver experiences.
• Mentor designers and remove blockers for the team.
