Job summary

Sky UK Limited is seeking a senior product design leader to shape the UX for consumer digital commerce across web, mobile and connected-device platforms. You will lead end-to-end design from discovery to launch, collaborating with product, engineering and content teams.

You will mentor designers, drive robust design practices, and champion data-informed decisions to improve customer journeys from account management to subscription purchases and cancellations.

Qualifications

• Extensive UX or product design leadership with end-to-end process knowledge.
• Experience designing commerce journeys including subscription management and upgrades/downgrades.
• Strong online portfolio showing shipped in-market products and end-to-end design approach.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma; experience with Adobe CC and Sketch or similar tools.
• Strong research and analysis skills using data and customer insight to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design for consumer-facing digital commerce products across web, mobile and connected devices.
• Translate requirements into clear user flows, reuse patterns, and create new journeys, including edge cases across devices.
• Set direction, lead ideation, and guide concepts through evaluation, execution, experimentation and launch.
• Utilize research and usability testing to learn and iterate on the customer experience.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Content Design to define product strategy and deliver experiences to market.
• Lead, mentor and grow designers, establish design practices, and remove blockers for the team.
