Job summary

Sky is seeking a senior product design leader to own the end-to-end design for high-value consumer e-commerce experiences across web, mobile and connected devices. You will translate requirements into intuitive flows, drive ideation sessions, and guide concepts from research to launch.

You will mentor designers, collaborate with product, engineering and content teams, and ensure AI-enabled commerce features feel natural and cohesive across platforms. This role is based at Sky with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in UX or product design with seasoned design leadership and strong end-to-end design process.
• Experience designing commerce journeys such as account management, subscription purchase, authorisation, transactions, upgrades, downgrades or cancellation.
• Strong online portfolio showing shipped in-market products and end-to-end design approach.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch or other prototyping tools.
• Strong research and analysis skills using data and customer insight to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills, including influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design for high-value consumer digital commerce products across web, mobile and connected-device platforms.
• Turn requirements into clear user flows and create new journeys, including edge cases and cross-device detail.
• Set creative direction, lead ideation and workshops, and guide concepts through evaluation and launch.
• Use research and usability testing to learn, iterate and improve the customer experience.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering and Content Design to define strategy and deliver experiences to market.
• Lead, mentor and grow designers, establish strong design practices, communicate progress to leadership and remove blockers.
