Atlas Copco Group is seeking an experienced professional to guide the application of the Product Commercialisation Process (PCP) and related systems across diverse projects. You will strengthen governance, improve workflows, and help teams apply PCP effectively through SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI.

The role focuses on developing framework documentation, aligning processes across Business Areas, and delivering training and analytics to support Engineering Quality.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor level engineering or related discipline with strong governance experience.
• Experience with NPI stage-gate processes and product lifecycle governance.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical process improvements.
• Ability to engage global stakeholders across functions and locations.
• Strong analytical and training skills to support adoption of new systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide engineering guidance on PCP and related systems across projects of varying scope.
• Maintain and improve global PCP governance and documentation.
• Develop PCP framework, gate-review requirements, and templates as priority tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering specialists to align PCP with needs of other processes.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Support and train users on SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI.
