Job summary

Wise is hiring a Lead Product Analyst to join our Europe & UK Regional Expansion team. You will partner with product managers and analysts to define KPIs for expansion markets and lead analytics for product launches, driving data-driven decisions across Wise products in Europe and the UK.

You will build robust data assets, forecast outcomes, and translate insights into strategic actions. A strong background in Python, SQL, and BI tools, plus 6+ years of experience, is expected for this role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product analytics or similar roles.
• Demonstrated analytical mind and product intuition in a financial/tech environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into narratives.
• Experience collaborating with PMs, engineers and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPI performance for expansion markets and monitor feature impact.
• Lead analytics for product launches, including forecasting and experimentation.
• Influence decisions with data insights and present data-driven arguments.
• Develop and maintain data assets to support product and customer insights.
