The ideal candidate for the Lead Procurement Manager position will possess the following key skills and experiences:

• Proven procurement management experience, particularly in engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries.
• CIPS membership, supply chain qualifications, or equivalent experience and level.
• Strong agile working experience and knowledge—applying agile methodologies to lead, manage, and motivate procurement teams.
• Experience in supplier relationship management, negotiation skills, and stakeholder engagement, including budget and spend control processes.
• Experience in integrating new AI technologies and innovative solutions to modernize procurement processes (advantageous).
• Proficiency with systems such as ERP, MRP, SAP, or similar.
