Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams across complex process-led projects at Warrington or Preston. The role oversees concept through to commissioning and delivery with a strong emphasis on safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

You will guide project teams, mentor engineers, manage resources and work closely with stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while upholding rigorous governance standards and technical

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on complex process-led projects.
• Background in regulated industries such as chemical/pharma/oil and gas.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-disciplinary communication.
• Knowledge of governance, safety, quality and technical assurance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Manage engineering activities across the full lifecycle from concept through to commissioning and delivery.
• Collaborate with customers and project teams to resolve complex technical and delivery challenges.
• Ensure outputs meet quality, safety, regulatory and technical assurance requirements.
• Develop engineering capability through mentoring, resource planning and continuous improvement.
