Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd. in South Yorkshire is seeking a hands-on Project Commissioning Engineer to lead process and packaging projects from concept to handover.

You will manage budgets, programmes and specifications, coordinate customers, suppliers and internal teams, and ensure CDM, health and safety compliance. A mechanical engineering apprenticeship or engineering degree, electrical qualifications, and a full driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering process and packaging projects.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety and CDM.
• Ability to plan, procure labour and materials.
• Customer-facing and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to design, install, commission and fault-find plant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and support projects from quotation through to delivery.
• Manage budgets, programmes and specifications and profitability.
• Plan resources and supervise teams.
• Install, commission and handover equipment to customers.
• Translate technical information into clear updates for stakeholders.
