RGB is seeking an experienced Principal Structural Engineer in London to lead projects and a design team while remaining hands-on with design work. The role involves main contact duties with third parties and liaising with contractors, architects, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.

The successful candidate will mentor junior engineers and help the team grow into senior roles, with a focus on quality and technical excellence in structural design.

Competenze

• A relevant degree in civil or structural engineering.
• Experience with Fastrak, Tedds and Tekla.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of the design process.

• Leading projects and a design team and being the main point of contact for all third parties.
