Job summary

Morson Edge are recruiting a Principal Landscape Architect to lead design delivery across national and international projects. You will oversee concept through construction, manage client relationships and mentor junior staff, helping to grow a leading landscape practice within a global consultancy.

Qualifications

• Chartered LI member or equiv., with robust experience in consultancy environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of landscape architecture projects across diverse sectors.
• Develop landscape designs from feasibility through construction documents.
• Manage project programmes, budgets and commercial performance.
• Produce and review landscape drawings, reports, specs and technical docs.
• Administer contracts and support projects during delivery.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Lead meetings, workshops and client presentations.
• Mentor junior Landscape Architects and promote technical excellence.
• Support business development and practice growth.

Education

Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)

Landscape Institute accredited Bachelor's, Diploma or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture

Minimum three years' post-chartership experience

Strong project management

Excellent communication & stakeholder management
