Job summary

The Emerald Group Ltd, Search and Selection is seeking a Pricing Science lead in Reading to develop pricing models and deliver commercial insights that drive profitable growth. You will collaborate across Distribution, Proposition, Operations, Data and Technology teams to evolve pricing solutions with robust governance.

You will own end-to-end repricing, refine methodologies and segmentation, and translate analytical findings into actionable pricing decisions for UK markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative discipline is required.
• Actuarial qualification or equivalent experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of pricing science capability and pricing models.
• Deliver commercial insights and identify opportunities to improve pricing sophistication.
• Own the end-to-end repricing process with governance and controls.
• Maintain and enhance pricing methodologies, assumptions and segmentation frameworks.
• Provide pricing recommendations that align with commercial objectives.
