Job summary

NFU Mutual is seeking a Lead Pricing Analyst to join the Pricing Analytics team in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will drive risk pricing and loss cost modelling, developing and delivering accurate prices for motor products while coaching colleagues.

This hybrid role offers 80% remote work and 20% at the Head Office. Ideal candidates have UK General Insurance pricing experience, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with Emblem and Radar; Python/R would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK General Insurance pricing.
• Hands-on with large and complex datasets.
• Experience with data extraction, cleansing and validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise pricing models for General Insurance across motor line.
• Extract, check, and monitor data to identify performance trends and opportunities.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve technical capability.
