Cornerstone is seeking a Lead Practitioner in North Ayrshire to mentor Support Practitioners, promote person-centred care and uphold professional standards. You will model best practice and work with the Service Lead to ensure services run smoothly and within budgets.

The role requires a strong health and social care background, a passion for people, and commitment to SVQ/PDAs while registering with the SSSC within three months.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Support, guide and inspire our Support Practitioners to deliver high-quality care.
• Lead by example to maintain professional standards and safeguarding.
• Help ensure services run effectively, meet contractual requirements and stay within budgets.
• Work with the Service Lead to coordinate service delivery andstaff development.
