Job summary

Cornerstone Community Care is seeking a Lead Practitioner for our #TeamAyrshire in North Ayrshire. This full-time role focuses on leadership, coaching and delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to people in our services.

You’ll guide and inspire Support Practitioners, build strong relationships with families and stakeholders, and work with the Service Lead to ensure services run effectively and within budgets. Training and SSSC milestones are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience and passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Understanding of SSSC Codes of Practice and Health & Social Care Standards.
• Ability to build positive, professional relationships with people we support, families and colleagues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Support, guide and inspire our Support Practitioners to deliver the best care.
• Act as a positive role model, ensuring professional standards and safeguarding.
• Work with our Service Lead to run services effectively within budgets and contracts.
