Job summary

Leigh Academy Hundred of Hoo, part of Leigh Academies Trust, is seeking a dynamic Lead Practitioner in Science to join from January 2027. You will lead and shape a vibrant Science department within an all-through academy, driving excellence in teaching and learning and supporting collaboration across primary and secondary phases.

You will inspire a committed team, ensure an ambitious, coherent curriculum, and contribute to a thriving learning journey for pupils within a rapidly developing
