Leigh Academy Hugh Christie in Tonbridge is seeking a dynamic Lead Practitioner - Maths from January 2027 to lead and develop a high-performing Maths department within a rapidly transforming academy.

You will drive excellence in teaching and learning, mentor practitioners, and shape an ambitious, coherent curriculum grounded in strong subject expertise, with access to Leigh Academies Trust leadership development.
