Job summary

Atlantic Academy in Portland, Dorset is seeking a Lead Practitioner of Maths to join our thriving and supportive team. This permanent, full-time role starts January 2027 and offers progression on the L1-L5 leadership scale within the local pay structure.

You will lead the Maths department, deliver a curriculum built around curiosity, critical thinking and real world application, and model excellent classroom practice across the academy to raise standards.
