Atlantic Academy Portland is seeking an ambitious Lead Practitioner of Maths to join a supportive team on the Jurassic Coast. This permanent, full-time role starts January 2027 and offers a clear path to leadership within a thriving academy.

You will lead curriculum design, model best practice, and raise teaching standards while supporting colleagues across the Maths department in a high-expectation environment.

The Opportunity

As Lead Practitioner of Maths you will:

At Key Stage 4, students follow the Pearson Edexcel specification.
