South Tyneside Council is seeking an Advanced Practitioner for the Neighbourhood Wellbeing Team in Hebburn. You will work with the Team Manager to support staff, supervise practice reflectively, and coach practitioners to deliver high quality social work outcomes.

You will carry a small but complex caseload, co-work with colleagues, and contribute to safeguarding and continual professional development opportunities. The role offers hybrid working and progression support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead alongside Team Manager and Assistant Team Manager to support staff through reflective supervision
• Provide coaching and mentoring for team members and students
• Co-work and manage own caseload of complex cases
• Support practice improvement and raise standards of service to deliver high-quality social work outcomes
