Job summary

East Ayrshire Council's integrated Care at Home service is seeking a proactive supervisor to coordinate, supervise, develop and promote a range of Care at Home Services within East Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership. You will help deliver objectives within the Health & Social Care Partnership Plan and Community Plan.

This full-time permanent role requires SVQ Social Services and Healthcare SCQF Level 7 or equivalent and a supervisory qualification, PVG membership, and you will work mainly

Qualifications

• To meet the standards for SSSC registration you must hold SVQ Social Services and Healthcare SCQF Level 7 and a supervisory qualification.
• If you have an equivalent qualification but no supervisory accreditation, post-commencement development is expected.
• PVG Scheme membership is required for regulated work with vulnerable groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, develop and promote a range of Care at Home Services within the East Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership.
• Adhere to Safer Recruitment Through Better Recruitment guidance and obtain minimum two references, one from current or most recent employer.
