We seek a dedicated professional focused on raising attainment in Geography by collaborating with teachers and leaders across the organization. You will support colleagues to deliver high-quality lessons and be flexible to step in when necessary. This role offers a unique opportunity for career development towards headship.
As a Lead Practitioner, you will join a large, experienced team. The department will provide training and development for trainee teachers and ECTs, investing in the future of the department and academy. With senior leaders present, you can rely on the expertise of established practitioners to help develop and implement the curriculum effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for an effective practitioner to contribute to improving teaching standards and student learning outcomes in Geography.

We are looking for an outstanding practitioner with proven teaching excellence to join our Academy Improvement Team as Lead Practitioner of Geography from January 2024.
