We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Teacher of History, with a Lead Practitioner role available for qualified and experienced candidates. This position offers engagement in wider federation improvement activities and supports flexible working arrangements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The role involves delivering a broad and differentiated curriculum, supporting student progress, and contributing to the academy's standards and development plans. Responsibilities include lesson planning, staff development, quality assurance, managing student records, and pastoral duties.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will hold QTS or equivalent, have successful secondary teaching experience, and demonstrate strong communication, ICT skills, and the ability to motivate students. Knowledge of the National Curriculum at KS3 and KS4 is essential.
