Role Overview:
As the Lead Practitioner for Literacy, you will play a vital role in improving literacy standards across all key stages. You will work closely with teaching staff, leading on innovative strategies, coaching, and supporting colleagues to ensure outstanding literacy provision is embedded throughout the curriculum. The successful candidate will be a key member of the wider leadership team, inspiring both students and staff to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities:
