Job summary

Aberlour Options Aberdeen is a short breaks service supporting children, young people and families affected by disability with rooms at Bucksburn and Garthdee. You will support service delivery across both premises and in the community, mentoring staff and guiding care to meet emotional and physical needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working in disability services.
• Ability to guide and direct care provision for children and young people with complex needs.
• Good written communication and ability to use recording systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to staff and contribute to development plans.
• Assess, plan and deliver services for children and young people.
• Delegate shift duties and ensure service guidance is followed.
• Engage positively with families and maintain accurate reporting.
