We have an exciting opportunity to welcome an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Nurse. Candidates should have excellent clinical skills and a General Practice background to lead our established nursing team of 6 Nurses and Health Care Assistants. The role will include developing key relationships between all team members for cohesive working, providing patients with high quality care driven by compassion and strong governance. Working closely with the very experienced management team to maintain high standard of patient care which is reflected in the highest QoF achievement, the position will include providing direct guidance and updates to the nursing team and implement changes to policies and protocols. This will also include leading and implementing national vaccination campaigns.
The practice is located in the centre of the historic town of Beverley a 5 minute walk from the shops and local amenities, both the train and bus station in walking distance.
Our upgraded premises is partner owned which allows us to provide a full range of traditional and innovative services, including community dermatology, phototherapy, specialist respiratory services and are piloting an ENT service in the practice. We support a wide range of teaching, serving a growing patient base of over 11,000.

Lead Practice Nurse 30 hours per week to full time - Monday to Friday
The successful candidate will be required to work until 6pm three days a week.
We are ideally looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Nurse with excellent clinical skills and a General Practice background to lead our nursing team of 6 Nurses/Health Care Assistants.
You must be confident, have a friendly and professional manner and demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and initiative in order to fulfil the role. Appropriate guidance, training and support will be provided as needed to our systems and procedures.
