Job summary

MFS International Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Portfolio Specialist Lead Specialist to join our team in a hybrid environment. You will create and prepare equity orders for the Trading department based on instructions from the Portfolio Manager, using our Global Modeling tool to structure cash management equity program baskets and ensure accuracy prior to execution by Trading.

You will collaborate with operations, equity and fixed income trading and portfolio management to resolve compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and related investment and trading operations experience.
• Experience with equity, fixed income and derivative security types.
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a demanding environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare equity orders for Trading based on PM instructions.
• Use Global Modeling tool to build cash management equity program order baskets.
• Ensure accuracy prior to execution and resolve compliance matters with portfolio management.
• Monitor daily trading activity and ensure timely acknowledgment of manager instructions.
