Job summary

You will supervise plumbers and apprentices, plan daily work, and ensure project timelines and budgets are met while enforcing safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, blueprints literacy, and excellent communication with managers and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Valid plumbing license as required by local regulations; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage a team of plumbers and apprentices.
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily work activities for the plumbing crew.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and other trades; keep records.
