Job summary

Anaplan is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Environment Tooling team within Platform Engineering. You will guide six engineers, balancing mission-critical stability with bold strategic initiatives, and report to the Senior Director, Platform Engineering.

You will champion DevOps and GitOps practices, own Argo CD operations, and drive the next-generation environment strategy across non-production environments to support scalable production readiness.

• Proven ability to coach, mentor and grow engineers.
• Experience collaborating with security, software development, and platform teams.
