Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Lead Planner (Project Controls) to lead planning across major programmes and projects in the UK. You will mentor planning professionals, drive best practice, and embed robust scheduling throughout the project lifecycle.

You will develop integrated schedules, manage baselines, progress, and reporting, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enable informed decisions and successful delivery for clients. Eligibility for BPSS clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering planning and scheduling across major projects and programmes.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• BPSS level security clearance eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling across a portfolio of major programmes and projects.
• Mentor planning professionals and promote best practice.
• Develop, review and maintain integrated project schedules and baselines.
• Provide schedule performance forecasting and reporting to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate planning with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated delivery.
• Produce planning reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Support planning workshops and stakeholder engagements.
