Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director Planning (Project Controls) to lead the planning and scheduling discipline across major programmes. You will drive planning excellence, establish robust controls practices, and deliver excellence for clients.

You will provide strategic leadership, develop integrated schedules, manage risks, and support business development while coaching high-performing teams across multiple commissions.

Qualifications

• Significant project controls and planning leadership across major capital projects.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders and directors.
• Experience leading Planning and Project Controls teams and mentoring staff.
• Proven ability to develop integrated schedules and governance frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for Planning and Project Controls across a portfolio of major programmes.
• Develop integrated schedules with robust critical path analysis and resource loading.
• Lead and coach Planning teams, ensuring governance, reporting and performance management.
• Support client engagement, bids, proposals and overall service growth.
