Job summary

cobaltrecruitment is seeking a Senior Planner/Planning Manager for major project frameworks in London. Based from the central London office, you will coordinate planning across pre-construction and delivery across multiple schemes valued from £5m to £250m+.

The role requires strong UK main contractor experience, expert use of Asta Powerproject and Primavera P6, and the ability to run several workstreams with project teams, commercial and client stakeholders. Salary up to £115k plus bonus.

Qualifications

Strong construction planning experience within a UK main contractor environment.
Experience with tenders/pre-construction and live delivery.
Projects typically valued between £5m and £100m+ across frameworks.
Experience with NEC and JCT forms of contract.
Knowledge of programme reporting, forecasting and valuation methods.

Responsibilities

Produce and manage fully integrated construction programmes across design, procurement, commercial and construction activities.
Develop programmes using output rates, time-risk allowances and contractual requirements.
Manage planning across multiple projects and framework workstreams with project teams.
Develop and manage programmes using Asta Powerproject and Primavera P6.
Prepare monthly client programme updates and project narratives.
Review subcontractor programmes and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
