Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Planning Manager in London to own and deliver detailed programmes from tender to handover. You will collaborate with pre-construction, delivery, and commercial teams to ensure schemes are set up for success and delivered to the highest standards.

The role requires proven senior planning experience in Tier 1/Tier 2 contracting, strong proficiency in Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject, and excellent stakeholder management.

• Proven experience as a Senior Planner or Planning Manager within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor.

Responsibilities

• Developing, managing, and maintaining detailed project programmes from tender through to completion.

• Supporting Project Managers and site teams with accurate planning insights and updates.
• Embedding best-practice planning processes across the business to drive continuous improvement.

Are you an experienced Planning Manager with a proven track record delivering large-scale, complex construction projects?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor within their specialist Major Projects Division, managing programmes from tender stage through to handover.

The Role

As Planning Manager, you'll play a pivotal role within the project team, taking ownership of programmes across the full project lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with pre-construction, delivery, and commercial teams to ensure each scheme is set up for success and delivered to the highest standards.
