Franco Manca is seeking a Senior Pizza Chef in Windsor to lead a kitchen team, craft sourdough pizzas to perfection, and support the Head Chef in maintaining top quality and hygiene. You will mentor junior staff and manage dough preparation for busy shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Pizza chef or in a professional kitchen environment.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team during busy shifts.
• Skilled in dough preparation and wood-fired cooking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team and craft pizzas with care.
• Prepare and cook sourdough pizzas to high standards.
• Support Head Chef to ensure quality, consistency and hygiene.
• Mentor junior team members and share expertise.
• Handle dough prep and firing in wood-fired ovens.
