Job summary

3D Personnel seeks an experienced Pipefitter Chargehand for a major refinery turnaround at Fawley Refinery, Hampshire. You will lead pipefitting teams, install carbon steel and stainless pipework, and read isometric drawings. Coordinate with Mechanical Supervisors and ensure safe, on-spec work and handovers.

The role offers day/night shifts, 60 hours/week, and CIS or PAYE engagement with lodging support where applicable.Applicants with refinery experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous refinery, petrochemical, power generation or heavy industrial experience.
• Proven experience working as a Pipefitter Chargehand.
• Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings.
• Relevant trade qualifications.
• Valid CCNSG Safety Passport.
• Ability to pass mandatory Drug & Alcohol screening and site medical requirements.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Leading Pipefitter teams across designated work areas.
• Installing and assembling carbon steel and stainless steel pipework.
• Reading and interpreting isometric drawings.
• Coordinating daily activities with Mechanical Supervisors.
• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to specification.
• Supporting quality inspections and handover activities.
