Job summary
Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Pharmacy Technician to lead the Moorfields Private Pharmacy service. The role focuses on clinical and operational pharmacy services for outpatients, with emphasis on medicines management and staff supervision.

Qualifications
- NVQ level 3/BTEC equivalent in Pharmaceutical Science.
- Registered as a pharmacy technician with GPhC.
- ACPT qualification or working towards.
- GCSE standard including Maths and English.
- Practice Supervisor course or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead Moorfields Private Pharmacy service for outpatients and clinics.
- Supervise day-to-day dispensary operations and staff cover.
- Provide medicines management input and KPIs for service development.
- Support training of pharmacists, technicians and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and safety standards in MP Pharmacy.
