We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Pharmacist for Renal Services to provide strategic and clinical leadership to our renal pharmacy service.
A key priority for this post, and an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate, will be to design, establish and lead a pharmacist-led immunosuppressant prescribing service. This role would suit an accomplished senior clinical pharmacist who has the credibility, clinical expertise and leadership skills to develop a new prescribing service while continuing to provide expert care to patients.
