Job summary

Qualifications
- UEFA B licence required or educated in Performance Analysis/Sports Science/Coaching.
- Experience leading performance analysis in football academies.
- Strong IT skills with MS Office and data reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the performance analysis function across all Academy age groups.
- Oversee analysis relating to philosophy and methodology to support the academy vision.
- Deliver actionable insights through high-quality reporting to players, coaches and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with MDT teams to ensure high-level reporting methods are used.
