Job summary

Graphcore is seeking a Principal Board Test Engineer to lead advanced manufacturing test strategy for complex Circuit Board Assemblies in the UK. You will shape defect coverage, diagnostic resolution and production quality across test architectures and partners.

This senior role requires ownership, mentoring of engineers and clear decision-making to strengthen Graphcore's test capability for future products.

Qualifications

• Senior-level manufacturing test expertise for high-complexity circuit boards.
• Strong grounding in electronics fundamentals and CCA manufacturing processes.
• Experience architecting, programming and debugging bed-of-nails MDA/ICT and board-level test systems.

Responsibilities

• Define test methods, evaluation frameworks and technical criteria independently.
• Lead test strategy across optical, X-ray, ICT, boundary scan and functional test.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with suppliers and CEM partners to improve defect coverage and production quality.
