Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead pastry operations and service delivery for the pastry section.
• Collaborate with senior culinary team on menus and guest experiences.
• Control costs, wastage, ordering, and inventory for pastry.
• Mentor and train pastry staff to ensure peak performance.
• Oversee mise en place and ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.
• Ensure food safety, allergen management, and HACCP compliance.
